Whichever services you require, it starts with a conversation so I can find out what it is you would like to achieve. 

 

For coaching assignments, we can discuss which of your people you would like coaching for, what your main goals are, your company vision and culture, how you will measure effectiveness of the coaching sessions and anything else which you consider important. We will also agree on the required number of sessions for each coachee.

 

I can provide a complimentary chemistry call with each coachee which is an opportunity to discover if we are a good fit for working together. I can also arrange a chemistry call with one of my associate coaches.

If required, we can arrange an initial triad meeting for your coachee, their manager and myself. During this meeting we discuss in more detail what the goals are, ensuring they are in alignment with business goals and we also make agreements about confidentiality, reporting etc. 

  

Depending on your requirements, the coaching sessions can make use of your own feedback systems (such as appraisals,  360s etc) and can also incorporate updates with the line manager.
